3) Ask our support team who are there to help you. Log into the Easyhost UK portal where you can log your help request via the helpdesk or email [email protected]
You will receive an acknowledgement within a few minutes of raising your issue. During normal business hours you can expect a response within the hour and within four hours outside normal hours.
